Simply position the two bearings on each side of the frame and screw the two parts together until they join. Using a Shimano-type bottom bracket tool, you just need to make sure everything is tightened securely.

Equipped with high-precision sealed ceramic cartridge bearings, this bottom bracket ensures a smooth and efficient pedaling stroke. It is constructed with a CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminum body, and has added increased stiffness and improved power transfer due to its wider bottom bracket width.
